After your baby is born I will provide you with a completed Birth Certificate worksheet for your child.  The rules for submiting these worksheets to vital records will vary by county and I can assist with getting that information to you.  Social Security cards can be obtained automatically when you file your birth certificate or you can take your birth certificate to the Social Security Office and apply for one there.
